Ropery Coffee Shop responds to customers’ requests
The Ropewalk Coffee Shop in Barton upon Humber is launching new dishes on its menu following requests from customers.
Coffee Shop manager Amanda Foster explained: “We are always happy to try out new dishes on our menu so we decided that the New Year would see the launch of some seasonal specials as well as a Cake of the Month which will see a different cake being added to our range.”
“Of course we will continue with weekly specials, Panini of the Month and food to take away but we hope that these additions will be tasty additions,” she added.
Now being served throughout January are breakfasts with a choice of scrambled eggs, beans or mushrooms on toast (or a combination of all three) costing £5.95, a winter warmer of a choice of soup and toastie for £5.50 and a £4.50 Pensioner’s Special of soup and a drink while January’s Cake of the Month is Death by Chocolate.
“It’s great to add to our already extensive menu of light lunches, paninis, roll and wraps as well as puddings and cakes and I hope that our customers enjoy eating them as much as we have enjoyed thinking up the new recipes,” Amanda continued.
