"I have used mainly the theme of 'birds in this collection of work.
The sculptural pieces range from large swans, geese and divers to small non-specific 'birds' and are made with stoneware clays fired to 1260 centigrade. They can be placed in the garden or terrace outside to create a focal point.
The bowls and platters are decorated with bands of simple scratched lines and pattern around a wide rim with the centre containing line drawings of birds in the landscape or an occasional view through a curtained window."
